Art is definitely an element that can be considered part of one's self-care practice, because there's nothing like having art in your space that serves you in some way, whether it's through the style, beauty, composition, colors, memories it renders, messaging, or however the work speaks to you. 

Personally, I feel like art in all of its many forms is a gift to humanity. Imagine what life would be like without paintings, music, films, books, poetry, opera, dance, etc. I shudder at the thought of it.

Hopefully my work will uplift you, or inspire you, or make you giggle, or resonate with and serve you on some level.
